In 2015, Deva Medical Center opened its doors in Nyarutarama through a shared conviction between Turkish healthcare pioneers and leading Rwandan medical practitioners. Recognizing Kigali’s rapid transformation into an international diplomatic and commercial hub, our founders identified an acute necessity: an outpatient center capable of matching global diagnostic precision while maintaining Rwandan bedside empathy.
Rather than assembling a conventional polyclinic, the founding consortium invested heavily in localized diagnostic capability. Routine blood panels, cardiac screenings, pediatric consultations, and complex restorative dental procedures were consolidated under one roof, backed by automated analyzers and state-of-the-art imaging suites to eliminate anxious delays.
